The Gene Souces of Habio Phytase Powder is E.Coli and it is the type of 6-phytase, which can fully degrade the IP6. Habio phytase is developed by liquid microbial fermentation technology, and advanced postprocessing techniques, the highest activity of Habio phytase powder could be up to 300,000FTU, it is natural heat-stable without any coating materials and can be widely used in the high humidity and high pressure pelleting temperautre.
Definition of Phytase Activity – same to FYT and FTU
One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.
